Visa Accreditation and Job Checks
You must be accredited to offer the accredited employer work visa to migrants on the new 3 stage process. To become accredited, you’ll need to be able to show you meet all of the criteria for accreditation – you can do this by providing the evidence such as being required to submit information regarding financial viability and sustainability and that the business is an ethical employer.
Job checks must follow and these must be done to hire a migrant worker. There are some tips and tricks to make this process streamlined. We can assist in navigating this new landscape and make a robust application.
Accredited Employer Work Visa
We can assist you with your documentation including contracts for visa submission, INZ forms, advertising requirements as well as the actual visa submission.
